Step 1: Dedicated Allocation- The moment your deposit is received, it is deposited into our Registered S-Corp Project Account. Unlike a "cash-and-carry" operation, these funds are legally separated from our daily operating expenses. They are "tagged" specifically for your project.
Step 2: The Material Price Lock- Immediately after your deposit is cleared, we use those funds to pre-purchase your materials (rebar, mesh, and forms) at current winter rates.
