As a local S-Corp, we believe in 100% transparency. Here is why we utilize a professional winter reservation system and how it protects YOU!

We’ve introduced the Spring Priority List to eliminate the "summer rush" guesswork. It allows us to give you a dedicated, guaranteed spot on our calendar so you aren’t left wondering when your project will start. 

    A: Construction material prices (concrete, rebar, and fuel) often spike in the spring. December 1st-March 1st, when you secure your project with a 10% reservation credit, we use those funds to purchase your materials at current winter rates. We freeze your quote. Even if prices jump 15% in May, your price stays exactly what we quoted you in January. We absorb the inflation, so you don't have to. 

    A: Absolutely. As a registered and fully insured Iowa S-Corp, we handle every project with professional accountability. Your funds are held in a dedicated project account used specifically for your material procurement and logistics. We back up every "handshake" with the legal and financial safeguards of a professional corporation to ensure your investment is transparent and protected start to final finish. 

 When you secure your project with a 10% Reservation Credit, your investment goes through a professional "Safety Cycle" designed to protect your home and your budget. Here is exactly how it works:

Step 1: Dedicated Allocation- The moment your deposit is received, it is deposited into our Registered S-Corp Project Account. Unlike a "cash-and-carry" operation, these funds are legally separated from our daily operating expenses. They are "tagged" specifically for your project.

Step 2: The Material Price Lock- Immediately after your deposit is cleared, we use those funds to pre-purchase your materials (rebar, mesh, and forms) at current winter rates. This is how we "freeze" your quote. By buying ahead, we ensure that even if the market price of concrete or steel jumps in the spring, your price remains exactly what we promised.

Step 3: Once your materials are secured, we move into the active planning phase. We take care of the "behind-the-scenes" heavy lifting to ensure your project is a success:

• Technical Support: Because our service area is growing across multiple counties, we provide you with all the necessary project specifications and measurements you'll need to easily obtain your local permit. We act as your expert guide to ensure your paperwork is correct.
• Site Safety: We coordinate the scheduling of Iowa One Call to have all underground utility lines marked on your property. This is a critical safety step that we manage to protect your home and our crew.
• Mobilization Plan: We finalize our crew's mobilization schedule. By handling these logistical details early, we ensure that as soon as the weather breaks and your permit is ready, we are prepared to start your project immediately.

  A: We believe in a partnership based on trust, not pressure. We offer a Full Refund Window—if you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of your reservation, we will return 100% of your deposit, no questions asked.

It ensures that Aaron can focus on the craftsmanship on the slab while our office ensures your project is insured, bonded, and scheduled with total certainty.
